As an administrator on Catalyst, you’ll have an easy-to-use platform that helps you save time and streamline your work. You can quickly assign assessments, track progress, and organize departments or teams—all in one place.

Ready to Get Started?
To use the Catalyst™ administrator tools, you need two things:
1. A Catalyst learner account (the account you used to take the Everything DiSC® Catalyst™ assessment).
2. An EPIC administrator account (this is the account used to manage assessments and credits).
To unlock the administrator features in Catalyst, you’ll need to connect—or “synchronize”—these two accounts. This process is called user mapping, and it allows Catalyst to pull in all your information from EPIC, like your organizations, departments, learners, content, and credits.
If you manage assessments in multiple EPIC accounts, you must sync each EPIC account individually to your Catalyst learner account by following the provided steps. This ensures you have complete visibility and control across all your organizations.
Here’s a simple breakdown of the instructions:
1. Log into your EPIC account at https://admin.wiley-epic.com.
2. Click “Personal Options” on the main menu and choose “My Personal Settings"
3. From the "Select a function to perform" drop-down menu, select “Synchronize my EPIC and Catalyst users.”
4. Enter your email address and password you use to log in to your Catalyst account.
5. Click “Sync Users.”
That’s it—your EPIC user is now connected to your Catalyst account.
👉 If you have access to more than one EPIC user account, you’ll need to repeat steps 1–5 for each EPIC account so you can manage everything in one place.
As a Super Administrator, you can check which EPIC administrators have connected their accounts to Ctaalyst by going to:
Manage Your Account > Manage Users page.
Here’s what to look for:

If you see an email address in the Learner Email field, the user has successfully synced their EPIC administrator account with their Catalyst learner account.

If you see the message “Catalyst™ user is not Synced” in that field, the user has not yet linked their EPIC and Catalyst accounts.

This page helps you track who has completed the sync and who still needs to do it.
