REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICIES  

 

- Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content, no refunds are available once access is provided.  

- Changes to Learner or Course Date: A one-time change for either the registered learner or course date can be made up to 3 days before the course start date. After that, changes cannot be accommodated.  

- Attendance Policy: Learners must attend all four virtual instructor-led live sessions within the two-week course period. No make-up sessions are available. If a session is missed, the learner must register for a new course date at no additional cost.
